10 things to do in China tourist

China – a huge country, tens of thousands of attractions and tourist attractions. In this blog entry, I want to tell my vision of what is necessary to make a tourist in China, and what will bring the best impressions. So – my top 10 rating.

10th place – Try famous Chinese dishes

Chinese cuisine famous, above all, variety. All its dishes you will never try, it’s not enough time to do this, no size wallet.

However, several dishes need to try it necessary, otherwise the trip to China will be difficult to call a full-fledged. The first in the list – Peking duck, as this is the most famous dish of Chinese cuisine outside the country. Second – pork in sweet and sweet sauce, this dish is also known to the whole world and very tasty. And third – fruit in caramel, but not a street snack, and a full-fledged dish in a restaurant.

9th place – visit at least one museum of Chinese antiquities

China’s history is 6 thousand years of culture and civilization. Be sure to see the Collections of Ancient Ceramics, Bronze, Painting, Calligraphy and Sculptures. You do not need to stand and look at every exhibit, you can just walk in the museum. The main thing is to realize all the antiquity of this culture and its diversity.

The largest and most interesting collection is collected in the National Museum of China in Beijing in Tiananmen Square. I recommend this museum first. If you fly to Shanghai, then a good choice is the Shanghai Museum of Ancient Art. The third interesting collection of antiquities is collected in the Hubei Museum in Wuhan. In every major city in China there is a historical museum, be sure to look there.

8th place – Try Chinese alcohol

Chinese alcohol is one of the most colorful phenomena in the world. Beer there is usual, but wine and strong drinks are a real attraction. Most Russians can not even drink them because of the characteristic odor. After all, China is interesting for tourists – a flavor.

I recommend not trying Chinese vodka Bayju right in China. Buy a bottle and try with friends and relatives at home, so much more interesting. Look, some of your friends are the most brave, who will decide the first to drink a glass?

The bottle will weigh only about half a kilogram, it is a worthy replenishment of the list of what to bring from China as a gift and for entertainment.

7th place – View Shanghai from a bird’s eye view

Visiting high-altitude viewing sites – the main tourist attraction in Shanghai. The view opens amazing, and only here you can realize that it is a huge Shanghai – the largest city of the planet Earth.

The most popular observation deck in tourists is located on the TEWBASHNA Pearl of the East. She is famous for its transparent floor. Less popular viewing sites in Jin Mao skyscrapers and on the ‘Tower-Owlock’. Song for tourists will open the Shanghai Tower, and there will be the highest observation deck in the world, sweating from the pedestal Skyscraper Burj Khalifa in the Arab Emirates.

6th place – wander through the Great Chinese Trading Center

You were in Moscow in the shopping center Gold Babylon? In China, shopping centers are twice as much. In the title I used the word ‘wander’ not by chance, here you can really get lost. In Beijing, there is a whole area of the city, which consists only of shopping centers – this is the district of Sidan. There is no such phenomenon in Russia, and not foreseen. I highly recommend to call here.

5th place – see the real night market

Night markets for the Chinese – it’s rather a place of pastime than shopping. On the night markets there are many restaurants, cafes and trays with food. Here people are found in the evening, communicate, dinner and having fun.

In my opinion, the most colorful night market in China is Vanfuzin in Beijing. Here are hundreds of trays with food from all provinces of China. You need to see.

4th place – go to the real tea market

Tea markets are one of the most amazing phenomena in China, which causes a storm of emotions from tourists. Huge buildings or streets, where they sell exceptionally tea, tea tables, cups and teapots. See the scale of the love of the Chinese for tea only here.

The most famous such market is located in Beijing on Malindao Street. I recommend it to visit first.

10 Things to do in China tourist

3 place – drive on the train Maglev at a speed of 430 kilometers per hour

The fastest train on Earth – Shanghai Maglev. It runs between Pudong Airport and Shanghai City. Not every flight passes with a record speed of 430 kilometers per hour. In our article on the link above you will find flight schedules, oriented on it.

I would not say that you get some kind of gigantic sensations. This train goes quieter than the Moscow Region trains, because it does not go along the rails, but flies above the ground on the magnetic cushion. It is interesting to look at how the buildings fly by, and how you are famously overtake the motorists on the highway near.

2 place – see a big panda

This animal is considered one of the main symbols of China. No large Chinese zoo do without pandas. The easiest way to see them in the Beijing Zoo, or Zoo in Shanghai. I can also recommend the Zoo of the city of Wuhan, this is a wonderful place.

But the best place to get acquainted with Panda is a scientific center of Panda breeding in the city of Chengdu in the province of Sichuan. Here you can see any, and not two, and hundreds of pandas. They live in a natural environment, and you will be able to watch their behavior, which cannot be done in zoos.

1st place – to visit the Great Wall

As they say, ‘Who was not on the Great Wall, he was not in China’. Although I do not really share this opinion. But if you are in Beijing, then be sure to go to see the longest structure built by mankind.

On the wall, the most important thing is to realize all the magnifications of this building. Try to imagine how people were able to build 8 thousand kilometers wall.

In the north of Beijing there are two best plots for the Great Wall for Tourists – Badalin and Mutyanuy. For an independent trip, I recommend Badalin, as it easier to get here by train. If you prefer an organized excursion, I advise Mutyanyu, as a more interesting plot, but almost not affordable for public transport.
