Giant Mice Island

They escaped from landing ships and since then not only has been multiplied, but also increased in size: each of them is 50% more than an ordinary house mouse from the mainland, and in length reaches 27 cm without taking the tail. Thanks to this, rodents have become a curse for local birds: they attack even on large individuals exceeding their size 250 times, not to mention the eggs and chicks. Scientists are seriously afraid for some species of birds, in particular, for the Red-born Typhoonman of Schlegel, which is multiplied only on the island of Hoff and more in the world. Homemade mice do not have enemies on the island of Hoff, and in summer their number increases to incredible sizes – 1 ha have 300 mice.
