Left Nail or Short Trip to Tula Province
In addition to the rest of the other than the past year, I will remember for a long time, a separate regret causes days of vacation that dissolved somewhere on the other side of the barrier of the universally introduced restrictions and the pleasant feeling of which was finally muffled by the rolling volume of work. Spring, summer and incredibly warm, beautiful and tightened Babe summer 2020 – smiling having fun, they waved on the farewell with their hands, moving farther and farther. Children rejoice in the coming autumn vacation. I look into the weather forecast for the next two weeks and . Practically, I pull out the nearest of them from the working calendar. I collect once the once-sampled plans of the trip to Tula (because in the direction of the south :), and we were not there again), I pay for housing, send the car, throwing a cat to my parents, in the bag – some things for the whole of the whole family 4 days.
Melikovo
Our first intermediate stop – Museum A.NS. Chekhov in Melikovo, where at the end of the 19th century our famous compatriot – writer, doctor and teacher, spent seven years. Where, in addition to writing literary works, he participated in the construction of schools, roads and mail, treated (free), helped local teachers, gathered help for needing. In the ambulatory, looking at the medical instruments and other attributes of the provision of medical care of those times, sometimes it becomes not in itself, if you try to imagine yourself on the site of the time patient.
In addition, inside there were not few posters with information, very similar to the one that the Rospotrebnadzor applies today.
Melikovo – Wonderful place. Interesting Inside (the museum accurately transmits the spirit of that time) and spiritual outside – a cozy park, brightly colored with warm autumn sun.
Voznesenskaya David desert
After Melikhovo, we visit the Voznesenskaya Davidow desert – a male monastery with a big story. Founded in 1515. The construction of the stone temple has begun to indicate John the Terrible. In 1619, it was ruined by Lithuanians and Cherkasy, after which it resumed their activities only in 1625. The monastery regularly fell under various church reforms – he is attributed to other monasteries, he received various property (land, buildings, etc.), then it was withdrawn. As a result, the breakdown periods and decline also replaced each other. From 1929 to 1995 – another period of oblivion, which began with the repression of the rector and brethren. The buildings of the monastery are agricultural equipment, hostels, garages, warehouses, village club, gym and dining room. The cemetery was destroyed, and the tombstones were used as a foundation for a new hostel. But this period is now in the past. To witness the Renaissance still somehow better.
Tula
Next, without stopping. If you do not count the traffic jams at M-2 at least one hour due to repairs in the area of the 98th km. In Tula come in the evening. Located in new apartments in the Levoberezhny area (it is very convenient for the car and there are no problems with parking), threw things and went to walk around the evening city. Walk to the center about three with a small kilometer. Passed the old quarters with wooden houses and streets, where there is no lighting, and in some places and a normal sidewalk. In the center is beautiful and calm. Gladly walking along the embankment, around and inside the Kremlin, ul. Metalists, Soviet, etc. Lenin and other places.
Street names – as a reflection of the richest history of the city. Streets Armory, Defense, Mosina, Degtyarev, Arsenal, Boron, Powder, Crawler, Tank and Armored Lane . Another decree of the last king from Rurikovichi – Fedor John, began the beginning "Summer self-esteem", Thanks to which Tula is one of the Armory Capitals of Russia (along with Izhevsky).
Streets of Revolution, Demonstration, Liqube and other names, "unifying" Probably all settlements of our country.
The streets of harmony, Beloborodova (the musician, invented the Tula chromatic harmonic), Chulkov overpass (Leonthi Alekseevich Stockhkov, who opened in Tula in 1880 a harmonic factory). For such a traditional object of Russian life, as harmony, Tula also became a kind "Place of origin". The harmonious case was actively developed here from the first half of 19 in., It is the second most important after weapons, and the products of Tula masters itself, at different times, was honored with a huge number of diverse prizes and medals at international exhibitions.
Streets Samovar and Batashevskaya (Alexander Stepanovich Batashev, a representative of the Samovar Dynasty of Batashev, continued the case of the Father, the owner of a self-friendly factory (after the 1917 revolution – Tula Patron Plant), entrepreneur, pheetsenate, honor citizen Tula and even one of the founders of the Moscow Zoo), as a connection On the other hand, also world famous, product Tula masters – a samovar, a symbol of hospitality, home comfort and (at one time) of a good material situation. The development of many crafts went almost in parallel. About the middle of the same 19 in. Tula worked more than a hundred factories, factories and workshops and more than a thousand artisans who made samovars. We did not get into the museum of samovarov, for he closed for repairs.
Well, finally a gingerbread business. Although it has more long history, known to all Tula Gingerbread (his appearance refers to 17 in.) Also in a certain sense is the result of a symbiosis with the weapon – since a carving was performed on the guns, the same guns were involved in the creation of wooden gingerbread forms with more complex patterns. But the names of the streets (even among the old), which at least somehow would be associated with this craft, I did not find.
In one of the materials on the Internet, I read an interesting fact, which in my opinion well (even without his verification for reliability) shows the historical relationship of the Tula crafts – the first stationary production of the hand harmonic organized the gunsight in the basement of the self-worker. Such is the place of masters for all hands.
In general, the story of Tula crafts is very entertaining, but, unfortunately, it is over the scope of this post. But still in Tula there were many famous doctors and patterns, in honor of which the streets also called.
Yasnaya Polyana.
I will not say that this place has made a significant positive impression. Nature yes, beautiful.
But the grave of the writer causes quite negative emotions. Outstanding, not seated, not buried, but just wrapped on the edge of the cliff, without a cross, man.
In the house museum did not go. Visit to write in advance and small groups.
Bogoroditsk
Is about 67 km. from Tula. This small and agitative town really liked. Especially bright and warm autumn day. The main attraction is the Bogoroditsky Palace Museum and the first landscape park in Russia (Park them. A.T. Bolotova).
Andrei Timofeevich Bolotov – a prominent figure of 18-19 centuries. Military, managing several eating volutes Catherine II, a writer (in particular, his work on the history of Russian life, the biography of state and public figures of Elizabeth, Peter III and Catherine II), philosopher and, especially, a talented scientist in the field of agricultural sciences. Publisher of the first labor in the classification of plants and the first Russian "leadership for the knowledge of medicinal herbs", the founder of the scientific discipline studying the variety of fruit plants and varieties (created a number of new varieties of fruit crops), made a significant contribution to the spread of potatoes. Talented, active and, apparently, a positive person who has lived 94 years, which at the time very long. Come and see where and how he lived and worked exactly.
Romantic Mountains
24 km. The famous local natural and anthropogenic complex "Romantic Mountains" is located from Bogoroditsk. Unusual, arising due to the industrial activity of a person landscape. Thrown in the upper part with strong winds, as in the real mountains, surrounded by beautiful lakes place and in general, species place.

It’s great that we got here to get there. Especially considering the plans of the Tula authorities to arrange a large-scale improvement here (with asphalt, equipped car park, cafes, campsite, observation platform, beach, ecotrops, fishing and barbecue areas, youth camp and other infrastructure) . ski slope with lifts only lack. Such a unique place certainly requires compliance with a certain security regime and protection against pollution and destruction. But it will eventually have a well-planned landscaping and whether it will simply lead to the replacement of one garbage to others, for the fee. After all, we very often under the sign of reconstruction or improvement there is something radically another, which no one expected. Will hope that everything will be really good.
Last day before leaving.
So coincided that in the Assumption Cathedral of the Tula Kremlin, in which the restoration of the middle part and the altar still continues, our familiar artist worked. We were allowed to see and told a little, how work is underway. In general, most of the paintings have been preserved very well. The most problematic places affected by the fire in 1950 were the sections of the western wall and the arch, where the artistic layer was lost, and the old plaster began to sat down in places. Earlier, so that the plaster was held on the wall or ceiling, left-handed (or plaster) nails were used. Their wide hat and location and kept plaster. Modern methods of restoration allow such nails not to use, and if they fall out, then back from no longer put. Since there were a whole bucket of such nails from restorers, one went to us. Now we have a real artifact of the mid 18 in.
Aven a couple of hours before the closure managed to visit the Tula Art Museum, which this year overstated 100-year-old Front. Small, but with a very rich collection of paintings and antique furniture. Excellent exposure and generally a great museum. Barely managed to watch everything to the end. In such a year of ubiquitous restrictions and prohibitions, his visit, as they say, went on all 100. In addition to us, visitors were not.
After the museum, already in the dark, walked on CPKI. Belousov. Yes, we still did not have time to see . so somehow come here yet.
Polenovo
On the way, I drove back in Polenovo. How spiritual place. It is a pity that all excursions on that day were already bought. But on the territory to take a walk too great.
The weather began to deteriorate, the rain went. When we returned to the car she (t.E. the weather) unequivocally showed that everything is good ever ends.
Briefly about expenses
