Regions of Greece: Argolid

Right opposite the narrowesty, connecting methane peninsula with the mainland, in the depths of the argolder lies the town Trizin (TRIZINA), near which you can see the ruins of ancient trosen – the legendary place of the birthplace of Sea. NS.). Pebbly and sandy local beach stretches nearly 6 km south of the fishing harbor and is famous for its small taverns and cafes. Cynuria Archaeological Museum (open from Thursday to Sunday from 8.30 to 15.00; 2 euros) lies just west of the town Astros has quite an extensive collection of antique items, including found in Lerna, and at the site of a Roman villa of Herodes Atticus in Eva-Dolianone (5 km inland on the road to Tripoli).

Near a small port town Hermioni (Ermioni) there are several picturesque beaches. The same rocky beach is washed by transparent clear water, there are always many locals on this beach.
